"Toto, I Don’t Think We’re in Hawkins Anymore" is a blue tornado of glitter with black, cobalt and sapphire holographic glitters set in a clear base. For extra impact, try this one over "The Upside Down".
This shade can be sponged on in 1-2 coats or opaque in 3 coats with normal application. This nail polish comes in a 15 ml (.5 fl oz) bottle with a fan brush.
A Note about Glitter:
Glitter shades will get thicker over time. To thin, add a few drops of a nail polish thinner (which should only contain "Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate" as the ingredients). Use of too much thinner can make the glitter base too loose, and change the overall appearance of the glitter mixture. Start by thinning with just a few drops, shake the bottle and test the viscosity. If it is still too thick, repeat, until the formula is smooth, but not liquidy.
