Shipping Updates
Our current turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. This means that depending on the items in your order, we expect to process your package and hand it off to mail carriers within 4 calendar weeks of your order date. Preorders will ship on or before 06/25/26. If your order still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks or you believe it is lost, feel free to reach out at :

All orders through 06/08/26 have shipped. We are caught up through our launch weekend! Thank you for all the support for our NAKS collection. Remaining orders should be shipping in the next 10 days or so.

All orders through 5/27/26 have shipped. NAKS collection launches friday 06/05/26, and we expect our turnaround time to be extended during the launch period.

We are now caught up on all orders, including preorders through 05/01/26! We are back to normal turnaround times of 1-2 weeks.

We are back to normal turnaround times! We are working through preorders and are caught up through 04/09/26. We expect to be caught up with all existing orders by 05/15/26 at the latest, and new orders should now be roughly 2-3 weeks turnaround time, depending on the items and volume.

We are caught up through 03/06/26. We expect all outstanding orders to ship by Friday 03/20/26, at which point we will be taking a brief break.

New charity shade is live! We are caught up on orders placed through 01/11/2026. Storms in our area have caused major delays. We are hoping to catch up to current within 1 business week, with the exception of purchases including "Rock Salt".

We are caught up on orders placed through 12/29/2025. We are back to normal fulfillment and processing after a holiday break. Upcoming mini restock next weekend!
