A matte top coat that dries to a linen-smooth finish. Featured here over our 1 coat black creme, Void Heart.
This specialty top coat comes in a 15 ml (.5 fl oz) bottle with a paddle brush.
For best results, we recommend applying after a regular top coat. We recommend our "End of the World" top coat. Wait approximately 5 minutes after applying regular top coat or 10 minutes after using containment facility for maximum ease of application. It can be applied directly in place of top coat as well. Dries down VERY matte in one coat after just a couple minutes of dry time.
