Quantum Cooler is part of the Fallout : Glitter Never Changes Collection. This collection is inspired by the video game franchise and tv show, with an emphasis on the imagery of a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland.
This shade is inspired by Andy’s favorite beverage from the games. Quantum is the blue version of the red cola seen on the show. This icy-blue glitter bomb has blue shimmer, blue holographic micro flakies, and frosty blue holographic glitters.
This frosty nail polish comes in a 15 ml (.5 fl oz) bottle with a paddle brush.
